Infotainment system with Android Auto with Google added and Bluetooth added is for me very difficult to figure out it's usage. Most new cars have SiriusXM installed. But no, not the top of the line Touring model.

Passenger front seat is very low and lower than the driver seat.

No pouch to store periodicals and newspapers in back of driver seat. Very cheapy.

There is a pouch in back of front passenger seat.

Volume switch on steering wheel works intermittently.

Looking forward to seeing AWD 2025 Toyota Camry.

I think this is logical, and I like it... From the driver's seat I can reach into the pocket behind the passenger seat. I can't reach a pocket directly behind me.

FWIW, I don't use those pockets, anyway, because I don't usually have rearseat passengers (especially none that I want storing their reading material there).

A quick search of my post history would reveal that I'm no fan of the 2023+ Accord. With that said...

The Accord in generally rides pretty low- just like the previous generation. Very few (if any?) cars in the segment offer a power passenger seat that also includes a height adjustment.

I agree- the lack of a storage pocket on the back of the driver's seat is a cheap touch- but also something really easy to address- so maybe Honda will fix that soon.

Volume switch doesn't work all the time- document the issue with your phone (video) and take it into the dealer and request a warranty repair. Unfortunately, in my experience, Honda dealers do pretty much anything to avoid honoring a warranty repair. This just might be the dealers near me... and it's the main reason why I ditched my 2021 Accord... and why I'm pretty much begging my wife to get rid of her 2021 Passport before the bumper-to-bumper warranty expires- hers has lots of electronic gremlins that the dealers in the area all refuse to fix... and who wants to bet that they will suddenly be willing to look into it when the problem happens at 36,001 miles?

2025 Camry AWD? It's sure to be everything that the Camry has always been. Reliable, boring, efficient, all with styling that probably will cause some people to ask what Toyota was thinking. Odds are the 2025 Camry will sit just as low as your Accord- because the 2018-2024 Camry sits pretty low too. If you want a Camry that doesn't sit so close to the ground- you need to go back to the 2017 model year. There's always the Crown- but that car is horribly ugly and in some cases, a lot more expensive.

These buyers remorse posts are always fun.

ALL of these complaints would have been apparent on a test drive.

Is the car perfect? No. You could have voted with your wallet.
Far far from perfect, Honda quality has dropped so far, they are so late with new technology in their new models but because they chose not to implement it, they rather make money.

As many years as I've been on car forums, a seat back pocket missing complaint is a new one for me.
Just wow.

Good luck with the Camery, Toyota seats tend to suck. Just went and drove one and it's been years, was shocked they haven't improved any in all that time.

Keep in mind, I'm no Honda cheerleader- if we get an Accord it'll be the first Honda I've owned in 40 years of driving.

I really hate that the 11thgen does not come with Sirius XM installed. My 2008 Maxima came with it. I am truly disappointed a 2023 would not come with it.

I will be one of those stopping at the Toyota dealership too to look at the base model Camry Hybrid LE. I am sure it comes with more than enough options for me. I do not think I will trade in my Accord yet, but if I pay it off this year, I will see how I feel. I am already 2 years ahead on my car payments since I have already paid down half of my $18,000 car loan in 3 months.

I can see if you have some issues that you can't lift yourself out of the passenger seat but overall I find the seating very comfortable especially in leather . It has a sporty low ride height which to me is refreshing instead of being jacked up in the school bus driving mode. As far as safety- The body structure has been strengthened to help with crashes with bigger (SUV'S) vehicles . If you look at the inner rear doors they implement a larger than usual door beam for protection. Throw in the best hybrid system currently out for under 40k and its a winner. I do think the touring should have a couple more items as standard equipment including a height adjustment for the passengers but its not a show stopper IMO.

The car has far more pros than cons. The only thing I can agree with is the passenger seat. They should have at least gave us a manual height adjustment. Ultimately the trade offs they made to keep the car priced competitively while remaining profitable are not deal breakers for me.

Did you look at the car before you bought it ??? Seems like your post says more about you, than the car.

This is exactly why I'm holding on to my 8th gen. Replace engine? Replace tranny? MUCH less than buying new Accord (or any other) loaded with frills that don't work. Call me old school? Beat up on the OP? Knock yourself out.

Obviously you have treated your 2009 very well .
I saw a beautiful 2009 Accord in Pristine condition yesterday. Simple Engine that will last forever ( No Turbo No GDI)- you do have a point. Will my 2023 Hybrid last that long without major problems ? I will try.

EVERY vehicle has issues, no such thing as flawless.

Right, Honda is trying to make money... As compared to all those other carmakers that are non-profits?

So don't buy one. They'll get the message.
Or rather, if you can find something as good or better for the same money or less, then buy that.

For me, nothing in the same price range compared. (I did consider a Camry.)

Couldn't care less... I've used it on long trips in rental cars, and I wasn't impressed at all.

And if it were in my car, then I wouldn't pay extra for it, so it would simply be useless hardware after the free trial expired.

Agreed... I don't have much sympathy for people who can't get themselves (or their passengers) in and out of a sedan.

I'm old school. My daily driver is a base Miata. I don't need most of the new Accord's frills, either.

That said, they all do work, and a couple of them (like CarPlay) are surprisingly handy...

And I doubt that your '09 is as spacious, quiet, and efficient as a new HAH.
