The drivers side wheel wobbles when the car is moving a little bit, less than 5 mph. Even when the steering wheel is turn all the way to the left or right full lock, the wobble is still present. I don't feel anything in the steering wheel or any unusual noise inside the car. When I went to the dealership for a oil change, they plugged the drivers side tire because they found a nail in it. Not too sure if that caused the wobbling, but I really don't know what it is. Advice? Thank you!

How do you know the wheel is wobbling? Did you actually lift the wheel and noticed there's play with the wheel? Did you check to see if all your lug nuts are bolted, and tight?

If you're certain you weren't experiencing this wobble prior to having the dealer plug the tire, take the car back to them ASAP, to inspect the bearing, and suspension components.

My aunt had a shop not torque the lug nuts on her 2002 Altima tight enough many years ago, causing the right front wheel to literally fall off the car in the garage. Thank god that happened after she made it home and not on the way.

I would definitely check the lug nuts.

Sounds like a flat spot on the tire, did you do any emergency stops recently? A chunk of tire could be missing or perhaps the plug they put in needs time to wear down flat...(a proper tire repair would include an interior patch by the way)

I don't have access to a jack or any tools, so I might have to bring it back to the dealership. It's been a little over two week since the oil change and this is my daily driver, they did a free multi-point inspection too. I hope they don't say that my coilovers caused an issue. If any suspension component was broken or loose, would I hear noises driving at any speed? What would be the symptoms of a loose or broken axle?
