So being in Florida I need to request a quote and then drive to Georgia and buy it online??

Edit: So I am understanding correct... I need to buy it from a Florida dealer if I live in FL ?
You live in Florida. Just sit in your living room and buy your warranty from ANY Honda dealership around the country.

This thread has a list of the top 3 Honda dealerships around the country that you can call and buy from them, while sitting at your coffee table in your house in Florida.

I’m not too sure about Florida, maybe they have their own laws regarding purchasing extended warranty online. I remember that I had purchased a HondaCare contract for my 2014 that I never used. I bought it from a Honda dealer in a different state. I had to pay over the phone, then the contract/ plan I had chosen was mailed to me a couple weeks later. In general, it’s cheaper to shop around and buy it online vs from a dealer in person if you do decide you want to buy it.

Yet all three don't allow a FL registration online?? Last guy on here who said that was no issue is banned (may not be related) so not the best of faith. Haven't called around yet.

Asking for a friend to confirm??

Thanks!

Non-Florida dealers can't sell Honda Care to Florida residents. Florida residents must purchase Honda Care from a Florida dealer.

I have a 2019 Touring Hybrid, 24k miles. The battery and electric motor have long warranty, but what about the rest of it?

I bought a bumper to bumper Honda warranty for the 2008 Odyssey Touring when it was new, and that paid off.

Best dealer to buy from?

Honda or aftermarket?

Thanks in advance

Buy only Hondacare. I got it in 2017 for $900 at Barnardi Honda in Natik, MA.

Even though I calculated that it would be better for me to wait to buy Honda Care (in this post 8 months ago) until closer to the end of the 3y/36k factory warranty (based on contract options, pricing and refund provisions), I thought I would revisit pricing again before I hit 6k miles in a few weeks just in case the inputs changed signficantly. After 6k miles, you can no longer get the Honda Care C and D plans and only the G and F plans are available for your Honda. So I requested updated quotes from Hyannis and much to my surprise it appears the pricing is actually unchanged from 8 months ago on the D80 plan I was considering. Even better, the pricing on the G58 plan appears to have gone down by $50. And yes I checked to make sure the mileage surcharges were included projecting that I would have over 24k miles by the time 3 years rolls around. So I still plan to wait until just before the 3 year mark.
Finally pulled the trigger on Hondacare for my 2019 HAH with the factory warranty expiring in two weeks. I was just under 24k miles too so I was able to avoid another $50 surcharge. Hyannis still had better pricing than the other dealers I checked, but much to my surprise the price was lower than what I quoted when I checked over two years ago. Was expected prices to be higher given everything seems to be more expensive nowadays. Nice to see something cost less.
