1. Brain damage. Not everyone is gifted with common sense or any sense.

2. Meth, heroin or crack or a combination of those

No sane person would ever do that to their car or any car.

Sticking every possible aero kit on your car is one thing... but putting wheel arch moldings over the door handles and on the windows is not anything somebody does with an IQ higher than 40.
