Slimm, that was me. I posted in this thread, than thought a new thread would get more exposure. The mods have moved that thread to this subforum, which I guess was probably the place to put it.

Still, the point remains...they're a shady outfit that will completely bend you over, if given the opportunity.

Google reviews are even less favorable. 2/5 stars. Wish I had looked a little harder prior to ordering.

Resurrecting this old thread...I haven't had any experience with this site, but when I was stationed in Hawaii and many other places, it was pretty difficult to source OEM parts for my S2000. I have had nothing but great experiences with hondapartsunlimited.com. Parts came as requested, great customer support, very easy to use part finder interface.

I do not recommend this company very long time waiting the problem with the return of parts. I ordered mine at the beginning of the month, and I still don't have it today. I do not recommend a waste of time and money. my opinion from 1 to 10 is 1

This place is a scam, plain and simple. They accept online orders under many different names, authorize the purchase successfully on your credit card, but then cancel your order citing "high risk order". They refuse to explain themselves, and never deliver the parts. AVOID.

They're terrible. I ordered a part for my Honda, and they sent me the wrong color. Then they wanted me to pay for its return and hung up on me when I complianed that they should pay for the parts return. You'd probably do much better at your dealer, or use Amazon. I will never use this company again.

Squirrely is being too nice! Received power mirror switch for 2017 Honda Accord that was NOT in original packaging. It was wrapped with small piece of bubble wrap. Attempted to return the item and because was considered “open box”, seller denied return request. It’s a $50!lesson learned to not deal with businesses like this. You are better off paying a little more to an actual Honda dealership. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Complete scam. Paid for a cargo cover, they then requested payment a second time because they want you to check out with PayPal the biggest scamming institution in the country. I filed a complaint with the CFPB, I suggest to not do any business with this site.

These people are SO scammers. I learned the hard way and lost cash on a brake booster. They actually took the cash from my bank and told me it was my bank "placing a hold on funds".

They kept coming back with "bank verification" and it is bull because my bank DOES verification, but apparently it is a paid for service. HondaPartsNow obviously doesn't pay for the service and forces people to use paypal only to order anything.

I had to file a fraud alert with my bank. ( I know... TMI)

I don't know about y'all, but its common knowledge that you don't have anywhere near the same protections with paypal as you do your credit card or bank.

They are BAD voo-doo!!

Now look at the review site, resellerratings.com, guess who owns it?? HondaPartsNow. Same thing with the BBB site, it actually goes to another company.... still think they are legit??

If you don't believe me, spend 30mins or so and so some digging.

They are legit but if there are issues they will not fix it. I received roof rails with missing and damaged parts and they refused to replace the parts because I had opened the box. Customer service sucks.
