Any thoughts on preference?

I am looking to buy a 2017 Honda Accord Sport, and am torn between the two cars. Never though I'd be more interested in a lighter silver color, but the Lunar Silver has come a long way from the Alabaster Silver. Still, Modern Steel Metallic looks very good too and a bit more masculine.

Anyone can help me make a choice? :grin lol I know it's personal preference but I'm torn.

Man...I'm in same boat. Currently I have 15 MSM and I love it the appearance special when you give bath. I had silver Civic and decided to go with darker so even if I don't clean it still look good but the 19" new wheels look good on lighter color and not sure if it's me but these 19 " new wheels kind of odd on MSM, what's your thought on it. Other than that I'm considering Touring trim.

That's my dilemna. I never even though I'd ever be interested in a light silver, but it shows off the chrome and and light rim colors a bit better, but I'm still very torn

Trust me I purchased mine in March and I had the same dilemma. But Lunar silver is the color to choose. It will always look clean compared to the modern steel, after it rains it still looks clean. Also it could be just me but the rims pop more on the lunar silver. Also there's not many lunar silver accords that i've seen in my neck of the woods. Always black, blue, white & modern steel.

I like MSM a lot. But don't love it. Almost like a black car in that it looks awesome right after you wash and wax. But it so short lived. I would get silver over MSM if I were buying again.

I looked at a '16 Accord Coupe in MSM, but bought the Lunar Silver. Everybody tells me how nice the silver color is. MSM might get hotter sitting out in the sun.

My previous Accord Coupe was a '00 and it was silver too, so you can't say I'm exactly impartial...

Plus you have to consider interior leather. If you dont like black like me then LS is not the option for me. I like the gray leather which is in MSM, but I wish if there is an option for interior.

Silver stays clean. My car rarely gets dirty. Also easy to sell as it is the #1 selling color. I think white may be a close 2nd.

Silver will hide swirl marks better in the future but MSM looks nicer in the bright sun. Both colors are neutral and boring in a way. I ended up with a 16 MSM sport and only wash it once a month. The 19s look great on any color.

I got the MSM in '14, the silver they had was tooo...silver?
The MSM looks great when clean, but dirties too quick for me..
I saw a Lunar silver and really liked it...
IF I was shopping now...It'd be LS
