Hey guys so I got my wheels powdercoated and initially wanted gold but when i tried to change my mind to gun metal it woulda been another 100 bucks so i stuck with gold. Let me know what you guys think!!!!! if the general consensus is that they look good ill throw em on if you guys dont think so ill sell em.:thmsup:

Sorry im not really the biggest fan of gold wheels , but if you rock them, definitely dont use silver caps. Painting them or no caps would be better.

Eah after choosing gold I thought gold looks tacky n cheap unless u have a chrome or polished lip. Anyway Ill mount them Sunday n see how they look on the car.

ehh i dont really like gold painted/powdercaoted factory wheels (besides STis). Gunmetal would have been a better choice.

there aren't many brands that make ball seated lug nuts I think Honda/Acura are exclusive to ball round seated. Spoon makes a set of gun grey but I can't seem to find them.

you know I was thinking about something on those lines bit the only way I think that's possible is to first rattle can it and make a cardboard stincil or get good acryilic paint and try hard as he'll to make straight lines. I was actually thinking of painting the centers black and the H gold so if the rattle can gold doesn't match it won't be noticeable since it's not directly next to the powder gold.

Haha my buddy is mounting the tires tomorrow morning. Yeah gold on white is nice an I'm sure a PMM grey/gun metal woulda made these wheels a lot better but the deed is done. Thanks for the input guys I'll keep u guys updated.

Yeah I like gun metal especially the PMM color. I was actually considering a high gloss black for about two minutes haha as many of you know I really hate black wheels on cars, trucks n SUVs rock em nice but that's jus not my flavor.Yeah I like gun metal especially the PMM color.
