trunk lid doesnt stay??

I was wondering how I could fix my truck so it will stay open cuz it doesn't really stay

At times it will but they can barely b a breeze and it will close so if\wen I'm working n it, it closes on me and hits my head or back

So maybe someone could help me find a way to get it to stay



The place I bought it from said that the spoiler was added on by a previous owner so mayb the trunk isn't balanced right?

Well the accord did not come with a truck option.

However, if your talking about the trunk, it is possible the previous owner did not install a heavier duty trunk spring for the extra weight. I am not sure how to tell if you have one installed other than look and see if it looks like it has been replaced.

Yea that's wat I meant was trunk

I haven't seen anything so I guess they took it out if there's suppose to b something there or im just not seeing it

This is what you need to get, the heavy duty truck springs for trunks with spoilers.

yea there is a spoiler...it was added by a previous owner

From the previous thread it seems like even the heavy duty springs won't really do much to hold up the trunk. The Spoiler looks as huge.
